Line Inking - still getting hang of things

I drew a picture a few days ago,then started inking it later today.Some things worked,some didnt.What worked?Some of the textures came through by using lines,though with other stuff,it was hard for me to know where to shade with this inking style.Like the grass,or the trees,or even the sky,leave them white,or....?
anyways its still looks good,though I MUST practice hands and arms when inking,always mess those up,Grrrr.

Micron Ink Pens: 2,3,5, and 8

Overall I critique myself a....7....7 and a half.

*Also,I must practice with trees more,and perspective,lol
